Olivia Munn Can’t Figure Out How To Use a Baby Wrap in New Video

On October 6, Olivia Munn admitted on Instagram that trying to get a baby wrap right was “more difficult than origami” for her. Several moms were quick to agree with her, showing solidarity for the new mama and offering her tips to figure it out. Munn recently welcomed her second kid, a daughter, with husband John Mulaney. She also shares a son with the comedian, who joined their family in November 2021.

Olivia Munn says moms who can do baby wrap right are ‘queens’

A baby wrap can be easy for some and not so much for others. Olivia Munn is part of the latter, as she took to Instagram on Sunday to state that she just “can’t do it.” Baby wraps take some skill and guidance to master, with wrapping the long cloth around one’s body being a challenge in itself. Munn revealed that she has wanted to try a baby wrap since her son Malcolm was a baby, but could never “figure it out.”

The “X-Men: Apocalypse” star sought tips and tricks from fellow moms on social media. The adorable video featured her daughter Méi, who was tightly tucked in the baby wrap. However, the actor made sure to not let go as she was certain the wrap wasn’t on correctly, putting her little one at risk if the 44-year-old didn’t support her.

Olivia Munn noted in the Instagram post that she just knew she was doing it wrong, admitting that she has wanted to try baby wrap since the birth of her son. However, she couldn’t figure it out and had to give up the idea till the birth of Méi. Munn welcomed her daughter on September 14 via a surrogate. She had nothing but praise for her gestational surrogate in a previous Instagram post.

The actor also applauded the mothers who had it figured out, exclaiming, “Moms who can do this are queens.” While Olivia Munn has wanted to use baby wrap for both her kids, she finds it “more difficult than origami.” She admitted watching videos across all the social media platforms in hopes of figuring it out, but they haven’t been of much help.
