Kaley Cuoco has finally understood parents’ issues with daylight saving time, especially those with young kids. The actor, who is a mother to a 1-year-old daughter named Matilda, revealed how she has been struggling to make her little girl fall asleep since November 3, when the clocks went back by one hour. The mother of one shared her frustration by posting some adorable Instagram Stories on Monday.

Kaley Cuoco recently opened up about her struggles to put her little girl, Matilda, to sleep due to daylight saving time. According to PEOPLE, the actor took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of herself rolling her eyes while partially covering one eye with her hair and holding a coffee cup showcasing the astrological sign Sagittarius with the same word written on it.
Over the photo, she wrote, “I finally understand what parents were always b—-ing about regarding their kids and daylight savings time.” The actor continued, “Now I know. I get it. I see you. Why is the world doing this to us?”
Cuoco also posted a video featuring her daughter on another Instagram Story. In the clip, the baby girl appeared tired. However, she was still refusing to sleep. Matilda was seen holding onto a juice packet and adorably yawning. Cuoco wrote over the video clip in a playful way, “I wish she would admit she’s tired. Look at those yawns… Look at them!” To express her frustration, she further wrote in all capital letters, “WHY ARE WE AWAKE.”
Kaley Cuoco and her fiancé, Tom Pelphrey, welcomed their first child, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, in March 2023. The couple got engaged in August. Recently, Cuoco posted photos of herself, her fiancé, and their daughter, aka “their little unicorn,” in an adorable Halloween post on Instagram.
