Jordana Brewster is an actress and mom. This month she is celebrating the debut of Fast and the Furious 7, in which she reprises her role as Mia Toretto. Her movie Home Sweet Hell, co-starring Katherine Heigl and Patrick Wilson, was released in March. American Heist, which premiered at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival, will hit theaters this summer.
The Brazilian-American star’s acting career was launched in her late teens. She split her time between high school and the set of the CBS soap “As the World Turns,” in which she played the role of Nikki Munson. She took a break from acting to earn her degree in English from Yale University in 2003. After college, she returned to the acting world and starred in Justin Lin’s Annapolis, opposite James Franco; The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning; and Nearing Grace, an indie film based on a novel by Scott Sommer. She's also appeared in TNT’s “Dark Blue” and NBC’s “Chuck.”
Brewster has lived in Brazil, England, and New York. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, producer Andrew Form, and 18-month-old son, Julian.
