Tiffani Thiessen Isn’t Rushing To Lose Baby Weight

"White Collar" star Tiffani Thiessen is working hard to lose her pregnancy weight.

The actress, who gave birth to daughter Harper Renn in June, says that while she's working hard to lose the last few pounds of her baby weight, she's giving her body time.  She recently shared: "It takes some time, but I'm doing my best."  Tiffani wraps up this week on the set of her TV series and will be heading back to Los Angeles: "I work out with my trainer here in New York, and then soon as I finish the show next week, I go back to L.A. and I'll work out with my trainer there. My goal is to be back where I was at the end of the year."

Tiffani spends five days a week working out, but finds a variety of exercises keeps her motivated:  "I do weight training, yoga and Pilates. I mix it up because I get so bored. I like to do a variety of stuff."  Her best advice for new moms who are frustrated over their post-baby figures:  "Give yourself a break! Give yourself time, they say it takes a year [to get back in shape], and sometimes it does, so don't stress about it."
