Kim Kardashian recently opened up about the extreme change of dynamics in her relationship with her oldest daughter, North West, in a new episode of “The Kardashians” which aired on Thursday, February 27. During a mindful conversation with her sister, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, the SKIMS co-founder revealed that North has currently become extremely fond of her. As per People Magazine, the businesswoman said, “It’s insane the turnaround.”
Kim Kardashian speaks on relationship with North West on ‘The Kardashians’
In a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” Kim Kardashian discussed the prominent and positive shift in the mom-daughter relationship between her and her 11-year-old child, North West. While talking to her sister, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, the business mogul disclosed, “The craziest thing happened.” She continued, “Tell me if this happened with Mason” referring to Kourtney’s eldest son, Mason Disick, who she shares with her ex Scott Disick.
After that, Kim Kardashian revealed, “North is like obsessed with me now.” The media personality further explained, “And calls me with her friends like, ‘Mom I love you, you’re the best mom.” She added, “I love you so much.”” In response, Kourtney Kardashian Barker asked her sister, “Do you think you’ve changed?”
To which, Kim Kardashian answered, “I mean possibly.” The businesswoman further disclosed that for her daughter North West, “It was a year of like mad at me.” Soon, Kourtney Kardashian Barker mentioned the fact that at that time, Kim and her ex-husband Kanye West were “getting a divorce.” Kim Kardashian then replied, “I think it was all the divorce.” She emphasized, “It’s insane the turnaround.”
The “The Kardashians” star had a divorce from her ex-husband and rapper Kanye West back in 2021, ending almost seven years of married life with him. Apart from North West, the former couple also share a 5-year-old son Psalm, a 9-year-old son Saint, and a 7-year-old daughter Chicago.
