It seems like Brittany and Patrick Mahomes‘ daughter, Sterling Skye, will follow in her parents’ footsteps with these new “workout” videos. In recent Instagram Stories, Brittany Mahomes shared glimpses of her eldest daughter’s intense sweat session using special kids’ exercise equipment collection from Amazon.
The clips showed Sterling hitting her own unique gym for some gains and cardio while her mom recorded the training session to flaunt the girl’s athletic skills. In one video, the 4-year-old opted for barbell bench presses, but there’s a catch – she used toy pieces of equipment.

Brittany Mahomes’ daughter, Sterling, the eldest of her three kids with Patrick Mahomes, was a full-blown athlete in her workout videos. She posted glimpses of her 4-year-old enjoying a training session using toy equipment, and these videos are just enough to motivate you to work out.
The former soccer player shared these sweet moments on her Instagram Stories. The first clip showed Sterling Skye, who wore a patterned red, pink, and white workout set and looked adorable, giving it her best while running on a colorful treadmill for kids.
The Kansas City Current co-owner and mom of three hyped up the toddler, who began panting seconds after starting her run. Brittany said “naaiiicccceeee” to Sterling after witnessing her fast-faced strides and asked if the girl was “out of breath,” realising she was actually breathless.
In the following video, the 29-year-old posted more sneak peeks of her daughter’s training session – this time on a piece of different equipment. The clip showed the child working bench pressing a barbell while simultaneously working her legs on a similar-looking multicolor set.
Throughout the cute videos, Brittany Mahomes kept praising and encouraging her daughter, saying the most rewarding things to the girl. At one point, she even asked Sterling who taught her the exercises, to which the girl replied, “Mom and Dad.” The kids often accompany their mom to the gym as well as to their dad’s games. The couple also shares a son, 2-year-old Bronze, and another daughter, 2-months-old Golden.
