Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cut granulated sugar
- 1 – 2 inches chopped, fresh ginger
Preparation:
Step 1: Combine water and sugar in a pot over llow to medium heat and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
Step 2: Add the fresh ginger and let steep for 10-15 minutes or to taste.
Step 3: Cool syrup completely and store in the fridge. .
