Supplies:
- Black contact paper
- Party hats
- Circle hole punch
Step 1: With your hole punch, cut out a bunch of contact paper confetti. It helps to punch the paper out upside down. For some reason it cuts it out cleaner!
Step 2: Peel the paper backing off of the dots and start positioning them onto the hats.
Step 3: Continue to do this with all of your hats and get ready to bring in the new year in style!
