For the first time since June, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West enjoyed a Paris getaway together, leaving their daughter North at home in Los Angeles. Kim and Kanye hit up the runway shows for Paris Fashion Week and Kim showed off her post-baby body (and some mega cleavage) in outfits by Givenchy. Kim also attended a premiere with Kanye's close friend Riccardo Tisci.
The new mom returned home last night, with an armload of designer clothing for her daughter, gifted to her by top designers like Lanvin and Alexander Wang.
