Here he is! The Prince of Cambridge made his official debut before heading home to Kensington Palace with his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
William and Kate emerged from the hospital this evening to show off their new bundle of joy. The royal couple chatted up a few people, sharing tidbits about their lives as new parents. William shared, “he’s got a good pair of lungs on him. He’s a big boy, he’s heavy.”
Kate said that it was a “very emotional, very special” time. She humbly added that all new parents feel that way after their new arrivals.
Kate laughed and shared that William has already changed his first diaper. Right before heading back inside, new dad William joked about baby’s hair: “he has way more than me, thank God!”
They did share that they haven’t decided on a name just yet. Hopefully they won’t keep us in suspense too long.
