It’s never too early to start sharing your Halloween costumes – especially when they are inspired by Ted Lasso!!
Lauren Mancke, who has a yearly tradition of making DIY costumes for her children for each day of October, gave a nod to the wildly successful series by dressing her kids up as characters from the show and posting the photo on her Instagram account.
“Just like Ted Lasso, we aim for a little positivity and we’re hoping #manckemonthofcostumes encourages or inspires you to try your own DIY costumes,” Mancke included in part of her caption for the adorable photo. “Taking on a challenge is a lot like riding a horse, isn’t it? If you’re comfortable while you’re doing it, you’re probably doing it wrong,” she added later on.

While the mom outdid herself last year with her kids’ Schitt’s Creek costumes, these Ted Lasso costumes are pretty brilliant. And she didn’t spare any details. Notice her son Fox’s moustache and puffer jacket and whistle as he sports the title character look. Or her daughter’s pink box of biscuits and she poses as Rebecca. And finally, her other daughter’s Dani Rojas look – uniform and all. It’s too much! And it’s making us rethink our lame cat costumes we are planning for the third year in a row!
These Ted Lasso costumes are certainly a tough act to follow but we are looking forward to seeing what other costumes she has planned for this Halloween.
