I'm a huge fan of salmon, but I've noticed it's not always an easy sell with others. Always wanting to get more fish into the diets of the ones I love, I decided to top my baked salmon with a super simple and delicious honey mustard glaze. Turns out, the sweet and slightly tangy flavor lightens up the rich taste of salmon, and the best part is—the honey mustard salmon done in 20 minutes or less! This glaze is also delicious on pork and chicken and can be made up to five days in advance if kept refrigerated in an airtight container.
