Tori Spelling’s son Liam gave her a scare after he fell yesterday.
Tori tweeted yesterday that Liam, 3, took a tumble from the kitchen table, landing right on the back of his head. He began throwing up so Tori rushed him to the ER. Thankfully, everything checked out fine, she was just told to keep a close watch on him. She tweeted later last night: “Liam is feeling better. Thanks for all your well wishes! Xoxo.” I think all moms can relate to those scary moments when you think something is seriously wrong and then the relief that follows when you find out that it’s all okay.
