Sir Paul McCartney married Nancy Shevell in London over the weekend.
Paul and Nancy exchanged vows on Saturday afternoon at Old Marylebone Town Hall in front of friends and family.; Nancy is a businesswoman from NYC and also a cousin to Barbara Walters.
Paul’s daughter, designer Stella McCartney, made her dad’s suit and the bride’s dress. His 7-year-old daughter Beatrice served as the flower girl.
Nancy’s wedding ring is a 5 carat stunner – a vintage-style Neil Lane diamond eternity band of square cut diamonds set in platinum, to go with her 5 carat engagement ring.
This is Paul’s third marriage, as his first wife Linda passed away from cancer in 1998 after 29 years of marriage and was divorced from his second wife Heather Mills in 2008. This is Nancy’s second marriage.
As they left the wedding ceremony, Paul shared with the media: “It was terrific – thank you!”
