However, I will be the first to admit that I bought this wine to try based on its label and based on the fact that it was a Cabernet Sauvignon; one of favorite varietals of wine.

Educated Guess is a blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. It is a beautifully balanced Cabernet blend and is an excellent choice to sip on with your big fat juicy steak. It has that classic Napa Cabernet ripe fruit quality with blackberries, cherries and plum notes. It has a nice rich mouth feel and a smooth finish. Educated Guess is a food friendly Cabernet.
