Easy Off! Product Review by Kelsey

Mom Squad Product Review: Kelsey’s Easy Off Experience

On a typical day, I run my dishwasher twice and I have a big supply of sponges and scrubbers for my pots and pans. However, those aren’t the only things that get dirty. My oven is almost always speckled with drips and droppings from whatever I’ve cooked the night before. Once in a while I turn on the self-cleaning feature to give it a good clean-out, but I can’t do that all the time. It takes 8 hours! Who has that kind of time? For everyday cleaning I use this awesome new fume-free Easy-Off Oven Cleaner.

The beauty of this Easy-Off is that it takes no more than two hours to work and cleans up even my toughest oven mess in a jiffy. I also really like that it is fume-free. I am a parent to a preschooler and another baby on the way, so I am very sensitive to not filling our house with strong chemical smells.

The other day I used Easy-Off the morning after I’d roasted a big, juicy chicken. As with any kind of roast the butter and oil had dripped onto the bottom of the oven and made a little pool of baked-on goop. Take a look:

By the next morning , the oven had completely cooled down so I quickly sprayed the mess with Easy-Off before breakfast and set the oven timer for two hours.

Once it beeped we were well into starting our day. I quickly opened the door, swiftly wiped out the dirt, which easily lifted off the surface of the oven bottom, and the oven was immediately sparkling clean. That was all there was to it!

When people ask me about spot-cleaning their oven Easy-Off is the first thing I recommend. It cuts through even the deepest oven mess – trust me, I’ve given it a run for its money – and works effectively in all kinds of ovens. I also read on the back that it can be used on stainless steel pots and pans, broiler pans, and ceramic pots. This versatility is key for parents cleaning on the go.

With the holidays coming up I know there is an extra amount of kitchen cleaning in my future. With this Easy-Off on hand I know I’ll be ready for whatever comes my way in the kitchen!
