Gabriel Aubry was hospitalized (and arrested!) this morning after a violent fight with Halle Berry’s fiance, Olivier Martinez.
Tensions finally boiled over in the nasty custody battle between Gabriel and Halle this morning as Gabriel was returning Nahla to Halle’s home after a visit with her. Details are of exactly what went down are a little unclear, but it appears that Olivier and Gabriel had some words and things got physical. Both men suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital to be treated. The fight is being blamed on Gabriel at the moment and a judge reportedly issued an emergency protective order that requires him to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier, and Nahla.
Halle recently lost her bid to move Nahla to France, where she and Olivier believed they could live without the media attention, but a judge denied her request. Halle and Gabriel have had a very bitter relationship since their split. It’s so sad because Nahla is the one who’ll be hurt the most in the end.
