One of the greatest comforts I have ever felt was when my mother would prepare a nice warm soup on a chilly day. Now, whenever I prepare soup or stew, I think back to my childhood and how much I loved mi madre’s Caldo Tlalpeño or spicy chicken soup. This winter, I’m looking forward to making Pozole or Mexican hominy and pork stew, but I also want to try some new soup recipes, like these.
