Amazon Prime Day 2019 is July 15 and July 16 and if you have been living under a rock and don’t know what it is, it’s basically like the summer version of Cyber Monday. There are major deals to be had on everything from household essentials and baby gear to clothing and kids toys you can use now or hide until the holidays. Assuming you don’t forget where you hide them. I personally am looking forward to Amazon Prime Day for my family travel essentials. We have some trips coming up and there are certain items that I don’t want to miss out on.
As a Prime Member, I shop on Amazon for pretty much everything these days, but I’ve never taken full advantage of a big Prime sale so I spent some time getting acquainted with how it works. There will be more than a million deals for Prime Members worldwide and deals will run for a full 48 hours on a huge array of product categories. Deal hunters can begin tracking sales at Midnight Pacific Time via the Prime Day Landing Page. Bargains, ‘Lightning Deals’, and exclusive launches will all be available.
Shopping Tip: According to PCWorld.com, Prime users should also check out CamelCamelCamel.com, to get up-to-minute pricing on all items before purchasing to guarantee the best deals.
Until then, I’ll be keeping my eye on these 10 family travel essentials…and you should, too:

Ride On Luggage
First up, a big fat YES to a child-friendly suitcase that helps eliminate the inevitable "carry me" plea. The Unisex Travel Tots Trunk comes in a full 24-inches making it suitable for kids 4-12. The reviews say 'worth the money' and the construction appears solid. Children can ride along with the attached seatbelt, sit to reduce fatigue, or push themselves down a long hotel hallway with glee.
