For nearly 50 years, actor-filmmaker Sylvester Gardenzio Stallone has entertained millions with iconic characters and blockbuster franchises, from “Rocky” to “Rambo” to “The Expendables.” Fans and media alike have always been eager to know more about his personal life, especially his kids.
For the unversed, Sylvester Stallone is the father of 5 kids. He has two sons, Sage and Seargeoh, from his ex-wife Sasha Czack. He also has three daughters, Scarlet, Sistine, and Sophia, from his second marriage to former model Jennifer Flavin (via People).

Sage Moonblood Stallone
Sylvester Stallone welcomed his first child, Sage Moonblood Stallone, with his first wife, Sasha Czack, on May 5, 1976. He graduated from Montclair College Preparatory School California in 1993. Sage then studied film for a year at the University of North Carolina, School of the Arts.
Sage debuted as an actor alongside his father in “Rocky V” in 1990. He played his onscreen son, Rocky Balboa Jr. In 1996, the father-son duo again became co-stars in the film “Daylight.” Sage also appeared in numerous other movies, like “Moscow Zero,” “Chaos,” and “Promises Written in Water.”
However, it was in 2006 when Sage’s short film “Vic,” which he directed, wrote, and produced, earned him accolades. Sage won the Best New Filmmaker award for the movie at the Boston Film Festival that year.
Unfortunately, Sage passed away due to a heart attack on July 13, 2012, at the age of 36, leaving the Stallone family devastated.
Seargeoh Stallone
Sylvester and Sasha welcomed their second son, Seargeoh Stallone, in 1979. He was seen with his father Sylvester on the cover of People magazine in 1982, around the time “Rocky III” was released.
However, at the age of 3, Seargeoh was diagnosed with autism. Since then, he has lived a quiet life out of the limelight. However, he inspired his parents to start a research fund in 1985 under the National Society for Children and Adults With Autism. At the time, Sylvester said he uses his “films to have premieres that raise money for the fund” (via People).
Years after their second son was born, Sylvester and Sasha Czack went their separate ways.
Sophia Rose Stallone
He welcomed his first daughter, Sophia Rose Stallone, in Miami on Aug. 27, 1996, with Jennifer Flavin. Sylvester and Flavin then got hitched in 1998.
Sophia was born with a congenital malformation of her heart valve, for which she underwent surgery when she was just two months old and again in 2012.
She graduated with a degree in fashion from the University of Southern California in 2019. She currently hosts the “Unwaxed” podcast with her younger sister, Sistine, and also runs a digital book club on Instagram called “Favorite Book Club.”
Sistine Rose Stallone
Budding model Sistine Rose Stallone is Sylvester and Flavin’s second oldest daughter. She was born on June 27, 1998, in Los Angeles. Sistine is a known name in the fashion circle.
She signed with IMG Models in 2016 and has since walked in several fashion shows, including Chanel’s Métiers d’Art show in 2016. The model was also named a “Fresh Face to Watch” by Vogue and appeared on the November 2017 cover of Elle Russia. Additionally, she also starred in a Love magazine advent calendar photoshoot.
Not only that, Sistine also tried her luck in acting. She debuted in the 2019 horror film “47 Meters Down: Uncaged” and starred in 2021’s “Midnight in the Switchgrass.”
Scarlet Rose Stallone
Scarlet, the youngest child of Sylvester and Flavin, was born on May 25, 2002, in Los Angeles. She graduated from high school in 2021. She was reportedly a track and field star during her school days. Sylvester Stallone’s youngest has also dabbled in acting, starring alongside him in “Reach Me” (2014) and TV series “Tulsa King” (via TODAY).
The Stallone family is often seen together on red-carpet events or posting pictures on social media. All three daughters appeared in a Super Bowl ad for Paramount+, along with their dad. The family even appeared on the famous reality series “The Family Stallone,” which premiered in May 2023.
Although, in 2022, Flavin filed for divorce from Sylvester after 25 years of marriage, the couple later called off their divorce and are now one happy family. They are considering moving back to Florida for “a change.”
