Alexandra Daddario reveals ultrasounds have been her favorite

“Mayfair Witches” actress Alexandra Daddario opened up about her pregnancy journey during an interview with Elle. The actress talked about how careful she has been with her diet since she became pregnant and how the new journey kept her more in check concerning her health.

When asked if the pregnancy had made her feel any differently about her body, Daddario stressed the importance of maintaining her health. The actress also shared that she feels the same way about it except that she now wears her husband’s jeans. She continued, “I view food and exercise as medicine even more strongly than I did before. Health and happiness feels beautiful to me.”

Daddario further expressed her confusion with morning sickness, which she felt didn’t make sense to her “evolutionarily or otherwise.” The actress listed her favorite part of being pregnant when she said, “Also, there’s a baby doing flips in my stomach, and that’s really very cool. The ultrasounds have been my favorite part.”

The “Baywatch” star confessed to constantly thinking about her baby. She said, “That’s the only really exhausting and new part. Did I eat enough iron today? Did I stretch my hips enough for childbirth? Did I take my choline pill? Everything else is pretty similar, except I can’t drink.” The actress joked that she keeps stocking wine in the fridge to drink after giving birth.

Alexandra Daddario plays the role of a neurosurgeon named Dr. Rowan Fielding in “Mayfair Witches.” The series follows Fielding’s journey as she discovers her lineage as a member of a powerful coven of witches who have been haunted by evil spirits for long. Viewers can watch it on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
