New Mom Cardi B Shares Postpartum Fitness Routine After Baby No. 3

Cardi B welcomed her baby no. 3 earlier this month and is now opening up about her postpartum fitness journey. The revelation came after the rapper-singer took to her Instagram to share videos of her hitting the stair-master only days after welcoming her third child.

Earlier this week, Cardi B shared a video on her Instagram’s BG Secret Society broadcast channel, which has over 500K members. In the video, the “I Like It” hitmaker is seen working out on the stair-master. Cardi B then shared in another message on the channel that she “only did 30 minutes.” She added that she is not doing an “intense” workout.

Fans were then quick to share Cardi B’s new update on social media. After a fan page shared it on X (formerly Twitter), a user wrote, “It’s barely been a week. Yoh, the pressure women in the industry are under? Insane.”

Cardi B responded to the statement and wrote, “This is my third baby and postpartum is a little different from my first two.” The rapper then shared that she is only focusing on cardio and “not doing [heavy] lifting, no muscle straining, squatting none of that.” Cardi B opened up and shared that she avoids “postpartum depression” with “work and staying active.”

Cardi B then called out “fake” concerns after she was “dragged down” for gaining 15 pounds when she was five months pregnant. “Y’all said I was pregnant to avoid working now that you see I’m still at it it’s something else,” the singer questioned. Cardi B added that this is “personal.” She wrote, “[It’s] FOR ME because either way y’all are gonna have something to say.”

Afterward, the user clarified that she “didn’t mean any harm.” She also highlighted the “society’s expectations of women and “snap back culture” before writing she’s a “big fan.” Cardi B penned another response and wrote, “I do agree about society and pressure,” and added, “I just was never the type to care about snap back after birth.” The “WAP” hitmaker added, “I have this burst of energy where I want to do EVERYTHING.”
