In light of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Olivia Munn shared a new post on her Instagram on Wednesday. She recalled that this time last year, the 44-year-old was recovering from her fourth surgery. Munn penned, “Now I’m hanging with my baby girl.” The star and Mulaney welcomed their second child, Méi June Mulaney, last month via surrogacy.

Munn noted in the new post, “Last year I was diagnosed with bilateral Luminal B breast cancer.” The actor shared that while there were “many people integral” to saving her life, it was her OB-GYN who set her “on the path to survival.” Munn explained that the doctor used the Tyrer-Cuzick Risk Assessment Test to calculate her risk of getting breast cancer. As the assessment result came with a high score, it was followed by several tests that resulted in Munn’s cancer diagnosis.

Olivia Munn continued to share information on how to take the rest. She further penned in the Instagram post, “To everyone who is battling or has battled cancer, in whatever form, I send you all my love.” The star has continued to use her platform to share her journey of treatment and surgeries.

Happy for you.” Another wrote, “So happy for both you and Mei.” Meanwhile, a third exclaimed, “So happy you’re here and using your amazing voice to save lives.”
