Mila Kunis reveals Halloween 2024 costume plans on Jimmy Kimmel’s show
During her appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” Mila Kunis got candid about her experience finding a unique Halloween costume for her son. The actor revealed that her daughter will be dressing up as Dorothy Gale from “The Wizard of Oz.” While she expressed that it was an easy Amazon buy, her son’s request left her “sweating bullets getting this [the costume] together.” Dimitri wanted to be the masked torch bearer from the Paris Olympics.
When the audience expressed an adorable reaction to this request, Kunis revealed that the costume doesn’t exist online. The “Goodrich” star noted that she enquired online and even found a person who could make it. However, it would take longer than expected. Eventually, she found a way to fulfill her son’s request.
Explaining how she managed to get the costume, the mother of two said, “I took the photo of the guy in the Olympic games and put it on my computer.” She then narrowed it down to intricate details, including the gold buttons on the jackets, the cloak, and the torch, and somehow put it all together. The actor revealed that the process was “exhausting.” She recalled that her son wore the Grim Reaper costume last year, which was easier because it was one Amazon order away.
Meanwhile, the rest of the family is sticking to “The Wizard of Oz” theme. Mila Kunis revealed that she will be dressing up as The Tin Man while Ashton Kutcher will go as the yellow brick road. When Kimmel asked if they could get a costume for his choice online, Kunis revealed that they found one, which was the yellow brick road cloak. For those unaware, the yellow brick road is the road that Dorothy and her companions take throughout most of their adventures in the magical land of Oz.
