Why Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt’s 6 Kids Won’t Be Actors

In a recent interview, Angelina Jolie opened up about why her and Brad Pitt’s kids decided to pave their own way. The former couple share six children together, and the “Maleficent” star believes they are all “very private people.” Moreover, they want to keep it that way, and Jolie plans to respect their decisions.

Angelina Jolie reveals her kids are ‘private people’

Angelina Jolie’s latest interview with E! News provided a brief insight into where her and Brad Pitt’s kids are headed as they grow up. Contrary to popular belief, their children will not follow in their parents’ footsteps and will be exploring fields that will keep them away from the spotlight. Moreover, Jolie doesn’t expect them to pursue an acting career and would like them to do what their hearts desire.

The actor shares six kids with her ex-husband — Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt, Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, Zahara Marley Jolie, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie, and twins Knox Léon Jolie-Pitt and Vivienne Marcheline Jolie. In the interview, Angelina Jolie revealed that her kids are indeed quite “shy” and “want to be private.” Thus, they might be staying out of the spotlight for now.

While her children might not prefer acting as their choice of career, they are not exiting the entertainment industry altogether. Maddox and Pax recently worked with their mom on her latest film “Maria.” The young ones assisted director Pablo Larrain.

Moreover, Jolie told The Hollywood Reporter that they have “done that quite a few times.” She believes this experience will be valuable to them. The actor told the outlet, “Pax tends to do stills and he gets brought in, and Pablo was wonderful and recognized that he was good at it.”

While the rest of Jolie’s children aren’t as involved in the entertainment industry, they often show up beside their mom on the red carpet. Recently, Zahara showed her support for her family at the New York Film Festival. She walked the red carpet with her mom and elder brothers before attending the premiere of “Maria.”
