As per Naver, the Korean actor confirmed that the couple, who tied the knot in January 2023 and welcomed their son in June of the same year, are now parents to a second child — a girl. Joong-Ki took to his fan cafe to share the news with his fans. The “Vincenzo” star also revealed that he is currently in Rome with his wife and family.

On November 20, Song Joong-Ki shared the news of his new family addition with fans. He remembered how it’s been over a year since the couple welcomed their son in Rome. Announcing the birth of his second child, he said, “I’m incredibly grateful to announce that we’ve been blessed with another beautiful baby.” The actor further revealed that their baby no. 2 is a girl, assuring fans that his “lovely princess” was born healthy. Joong-Ki stated that both his wife and the newborn child are doing well.
Song Joong-Ki’s agency, HighZium Studio, confirmed in July that the actor and Katy Louise Saunders were expecting a second child. Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for the K-drama star to give them the good news. The actor confirmed his relationship with Saunders in December 2022, which was followed by their marriage and pregnancy announcement last year.
Song Joong-Ki is popular for his roles in K-dramas like “Descendants of the Sun,” “Vincenzo,” and more. He recently starred in the movie “My Name is Loh Kiwan,” and also made a special appearance in the hit tvN K-drama “Queen of Tears.” In August, his agency confirmed his appearance in the upcoming series “My Youth” with actor Chun Woo-Hee.
