This is hands down the most accessible and most nutritious breakfast for kids. Soak the oats with curd in a jar and refrigerate it overnight. Next morning, pop the jar open, add your kid’s favorite toppings like honey, nuts, seeds, or fruits, and it’s done. What’s best is this breakfast item can be customized to everyone’s liking.

2. Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This breakfast will be ready in 10 minutes. Blend frozen raspberries, yogurt, bananas, chia seeds (if your kids like them), and milk until smooth puree is formed. Now, pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with nuts, granola, and toasted coconut based on your kid’s preference. You can even add other fruits like pineapple, strawberry, etc.

3. Breakfast Bagel

Cut the toasted bagel in half, spread the cream cheese, top it with salmon, avocado, half-boiled eggs, and season with pepper and lemon juice, and voila, your healthy breakfast is ready within minutes.

4. Blender Pancakes

Blend milk, egg, flour, baking powder, oil, sugar, and honey until smooth, and pour the mixture into the bowl. Now, drop the batter on a skillet and cook until brown. The best part is to save the extras in the fridge and reheat it the next day for a quick breakfast.

5. Egg Tacos

This quick and easy grab-and-go breakfast recipe can be made within minutes. Make scrambled egg with bacon on a pan; add cheese, salt, and pepper. Now, place this mixture in the center of each taco and enjoy the yummy meal.

6. Breakfast Burritos

Take tortillas and fill them with seasoned sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs, and avocado salsa. Wrap the tortillas and toast them on the skillet for a few minutes till crispy brown. You can replace sausage with other meat or other food items as per your kid’s choice. The ingredients can be made the night before and assembled in the morning to kickstart the day.

7. Simple Omelet

Take out those left oven veggies from your fridge and add them in the whisked egg. Now just pour the batter on the pan and cook it till it turns golden brown. You can even add bacon or just spinach or broccoli or make it as a plain omelet as well.

8. Banana Cinnamon Toast

It is as easy as it sounds. Cut the banana into thick slices, place it on toast, and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on it. You can make various versions of this with any fruit. If you don’t have cinnamon, you can even top the fruits with nuts, honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar for extra flavor.

9. Waffle Sandwich

Surprise your kids at breakfast with a delicious waffle sandwich. Make waffles at home or get whole grains from the store, cut them in half, spread crunchy or creamy peanut butter, and add fresh berries on top of it before joining the halves together.

Pizza for Saturday breakfast? Why not if it’s a healthy one! This might take a little more than 20 minutes but it’s super easy to make. All you have to do is add walnuts along with dates in a food processor and pulse until it forms a paste. Scrape the paste in a large bowl and mix in granola along with honey.

Now, press the granola mixture on a parchment paper into a circle and freeze until firm. Once firm, remove it from the fridge, spread yogurt (mixed with honey and vanilla) on top of the granola crust, and top it with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts before slicing. You can make any shape you want and even ask your kids to get creative with the toppings.
