Supplies:
- printable cupcake topper template
- printer
- white card stock
- toothpicks
- tape
- cupcakes
Instructions:
Step 1: Print out the cupcake topper template on white card stock.
Step 2: Cut out each star on the template.
Step 3: Use a small piece of tape to affix a toothpick to the back side of each star.
Step 4: Add the stars to the top of your cupcakes and set them out to celebrate! Have a great Fourth!
