Whenever I think of burlap, I think “shabby chic” and “rustic beauty”. But if that’s not your thing, a simple accent of it here and there can be classic. The material is really easy to work with, plus it is sturdy and often comes in a neutral color (although it is available in other colors too) which is why it has so many uses. Most of the burlap projects I came across when I first decided to experiment with it appealed to me because they were no-sew which is definitely a bonus. On top of that, many burlap projects seriously only take about 10 minutes to create. Sold!
