Easy Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe for Parties

  • 1⁄3 cup sifted Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1⁄3 cup whole milk, at room temperature
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. To make the chocolate ice cream sandwich recipe, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. First, line a baking sheet with a silicone liner. Then, spray the liner with cooking spray. Rub it in to ensure it’s completely covered.
  2. Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa until thoroughly combined. If the mixture seems clumpy or chunky, sift it.
