Ranch Ham and Cheese Quiche Recipe

Quiche is one of our favorite main courses over the holidays. I mostly make it for brunch for a crowd, but I also love to serve it for dinner. It can be such a nice change from a traditional dinner featuring meat or poultry; plus, it is a great way to use up whatever is lingering in your fridge. I play with seasonings now and then to change up the flavor, and lately I’ve gotten into adding Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing. Not only is the flavor terrific, but it also makes the ham and cheese quiche extra creamy and is a hit with the entire family!

The nice thing about this quiche is that it is truly a cinch to prepare. I start by whisking all the ingredients in a bowl. In this case I used chopped cooked ham I had leftover from another meal. Diced prosciutto or crumbled bacon would work well, too. Then I swirl Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing right into the batter—it gives the quiche a creamy boost, and the seasonings play perfectly with the cheese and ham. I bake it up in a pre-made pie shell and brunch (or dinner) is ready!
