Vanilla Buttercream Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 6 – 8 cups confectioners sugar
  • ¼ – ½ milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Step 1: Beat butter in the bowl of an electric mixer until creamy. Turn mixer to low and gradually add in sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat on high until the frosting is smooth, creamy and reaches your desired consistency.
