Trying to get your whole family to cut back on the carbs isn’t always easy. That’s why I came up with this great twist on one of my son’s traditional favorite recipes! My son loves chicken fingers and dipping sauce, but I don’t love all the ingredients in the store bought version. I came up with a gluten-free Paleo chicken fingers recipe my son loves. He even asks for seconds, and sometimes thirds! These chicken tenders are super easy to make, and you can make extra to keep some in the refrigerator for a quick and healthy after school snack. The best part is they’re also gluten free, so they’re an alternative for anyone with a gluten sensitivity. The honey mustard dipping sauce is great for dipping other things too, and it’s also wonderful to make extra to keep on hand as a salad dressing.
