We love grilled dinners, and there is nothing easier than making them in a foil packet. The ease with which a foil packet dinner comes together and gets served up is bar none. The process from assembly to dining couldn’t be easier. Assembling them usually requires me to prepare all the food at once and pop it in a packet of aluminum foil. Then it can be stored in the fridge for a bit (great if I want to prep in advance) or put right on the grill.
