45 Homemade Salad Dressing and Dip Recipes Kids Love

I’ve got a picky eater—and he’s a challenge. Most moms I know have been there at one point or another. One of my sons is pretty good about eating most things I put in front of him, but if a friend will mention that he doesn’t like a particular food or ingredient, my son suddenly doesn’t like that food either. (And I hope that kid moves to another state and never comes in contact with my son again. It’s so frustrating!)

If you’ve been there with your kids, the frustration can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Out of all the ways I’ve tried to get my kids to overcome eating things they’re not sure about, pairing them with a good dip or dressing seems to always be the easiest way to baby-step them into new flavors.
